Required Qualifications & Skills

• IT Assistant: 14 Years education in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or equivalent with minimum 70% marks, OR B.Sc with Mathematics / Computer / Physics along with a 1-year IT diploma.

• Stenographer Grade-II: 2nd Class Graduation, MS Office proficiency, and minimum typing speed of 40 w.p.m.

• Technical Roles (Technician, Sub-Engineer, Store Keeper): Relevant DAE (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Civil) or post-matric technical diplomas with specified trade experience.

• Clerical Roles: Intermediate/I.Com/D.Com with 2nd Division, computer operating knowledge, and 40 w.p.m typing speed.

• Support & Field Staff: Educational criteria ranges from Literate, Middle, to Matric (Science/Arts) based on the respective administrative or labor post.

NOTES / TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Written tests will be conducted locally by M/s Central Testing Services (CTS), while interviews will be finalized directly by DBDC.

• The initial appointment contains a probation period of one year, with regularization dependent on satisfactory job performance.

• Corrigendum Amendment: The upper age limit is formally extended to 33 years instead of 30 years for these posts.

• Special age relaxation rules apply for disabled persons (10 years) and local DBD employees on daily/contingent wages.

• Candidates dismissed or debarred from previous services on disciplinary grounds are ineligible to apply.
