Key Responsibilities

• Analyzing financial data and information to forecast business, industry, or economic conditions.

• Preparing plans of action for investment using financial analyses and evaluating the viability of railway projects.

• Conducting risk and sensitivity analysis for planned initiatives.

• Identifying potential areas for PPP projects, developing policies, and processing project proposals.

• Providing technical and legal inputs, guidance, and leadership on initiatives related to PPP.

• Examining legal aspects of PPP proposals, identifying legal issues related to PPP initiatives, and finding appropriate solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• CA / ACCA / MBA / MS (Finance) / MSc Economics or related discipline (For Financial Analyst).

• MS (Engineering) / MBA / MS (Management or Finance) / CA or MSc (Economics) or related discipline (For PPP Expert).

• LLB or LLM with Specialization in Corporate Law (For Legal Expert).

• Minimum 16 years of education for all posts.

• All degrees must be recognized by PEC / HEC (as applicable).

• Minimum Ten (10) years of Post-Qualification work experience in the relevant professional field.

• Government Employees: Candidates serving in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous organizations must apply through the proper channel with a departmental NOC.
