Key Responsibilities
-
District Manager: Oversee district-level project management and healthcare sector reforms.

Legal Advisor: Handle legal practice, litigation, corporate law, contract drafting, and general legal advisory services.

Media Consultant: Deliver digital and social media management, content writing, editing, and proofreading, alongside optional photography and videography content development.

Sub Engineer: Execute civil works, manage development projects, estimate costs, prepare BOQs, and ensure the overall quality of service.

Driver: Safely operate project vehicles following traffic regulations and road signs.
Required Qualifications & Skills
-
District Manager: BS-17/18 officer of CSS/BCS (BSS, Ex-BCS) cadres preferably with 2 years of government service, OR Master’s in Social Science, Executive MBA, MSPH, MBBS or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience.

Legal Advisor: LLB (preferably LLM) from a recognized university, valid enrollment/licensure with the relevant Bar Council, and 3–10 years of relevant legal practice experience.

SRH Coordinator: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Sciences, Nursing, Medicine, Social Sciences, or related field with relevant experience in SRH programs.

Regional MNCH Coordinator: MBBS from a recognized institution with valid PMDC registration; postgraduate qualification in Public Health (MPH/MCPS/FCPS Community Medicine or equivalent) is preferred.

Media Consultant: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, Digital Media, or Social Sciences with at least 5 years of experience in writing and editing.

Data & Monitoring Officer / Admin Officer / M&E Officer: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, MBA, MBBS, or Business Administration with 2 years of field experience.

Audit Officer / Finance Officer: ACCA, CA/ACCA finalist, MBA, M.Com, BBA (Finance), or Accounting degree from a recognized university with 2 years of experience.

DHIS Assistant / Data Entry Operator: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Public Health, Social Sciences, Health Informatics, or equivalent with relevant data management skills.

Sub Engineer: BE (Civil Engineering) or equivalent degree/diploma with 3 years of experience in civil works execution.

Office Assistant / Social Organizers: Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in Social Sciences, Statistics, Public Health, or a related discipline.

Driver / Class IV: Must be literate; Drivers must possess a valid LTV/HTV driving license.
