The scholarship is designed to help faculty members of public sector universities/DAIs pursue a PhD degree at HEC-recognized Pakistani universities/DAIs, with an opportunity for 12 months of research at a foreign university.

PhD Admission Requirement: Awardees must secure admission in HEC-recognized non-parent universities/DAIs that have MoUs with foreign institutions.
