The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMA) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputable consultant firms for the construction of a building/tower at their Islamabad Campus. This is a consultancy position where the selected firm will be responsible for overseeing the construction project, including reviewing and updating the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), supervising construction work as per approved drawings and BOQ, and reviewing/recommending contractor bills.

The project aims to build a state-of-the-art building at the ICMA Islamabad Campus. Interested consultants must have an office in Rawalpindi/Islamabad and are required to submit their Technical and Financial Bids in sealed envelopes. The EOI documents can be obtained via email request, and a fee of Rs. 10,000/- is required, payable to ICMA Pakistan’s bank account.

• Envelopes submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
• Karachi, Lahore, Multan, and Islamabad campuses will be connected through video link during the opening of the bids.
• Rejection will be as per Clause 33 (1) of PPR, 2004.
