This is a six-month internship designed to provide fresh graduates and young professionals with a structured, practical exposure to projects under the Balochistan Socio-Economic Development Project Phase-II. The primary goal is to enhance the participants’ professional capacity, equip them with requisite technical skills, and prepare them for future employment opportunities in both public and private sectors.
Key Highlights of the Programme:

Stipend: Interns will receive a competitive monthly stipend of Rs. 35,000/- (plus other allowances applicable to regular employees, excluding medical facilities, accommodation, or other allowances admissible to regular employees).

Placement: Interns will be placed at relevant field offices and project sites, with a Sub Divisional Officer acting as a supervisor for guidance and evaluation.

Capacity Building: The programme emphasizes capacity building through research assignments, case studies, field surveys, and site visits to ensure experiential learning.

Eligibility: Candidates must be fresh graduates (no prior regular employment experience) with at least a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university, and be between the ages of 21-30 years at the time of application.
