Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal and external communication campaigns.

• Develop and implement gender-responsive strategies in education programs.

• Capture high-quality images and videos from various perspectives, including aerial.

• Perform color correction, retouching, and video editing for corporate and social media.

• Produce high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned multimedia content.

• Conceptualize creative visual solutions based on project requirements.

• Operate drones under various weather conditions for mapping and surveying.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 10 years of education (Matric or equivalent) up to a Master’s degree, depending on the specific post applied for.

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Humanities, Media Studies, Public Relations, Gender Studies, Education, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related fields.

• Relevant professional experience ranging from 2 to 7 years in the respective domain.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), and relevant GIS or drone navigation software.

• Strong knowledge of design principles, videography/photography techniques, and gender analysis.
