• As per advertisement, to fulfill teaching, research, and academic duties associated with faculty positions in a higher education institution.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Professors & Associate Professors: Ph.D. in the relevant field recognized by HEC in consultation with PEC (where applicable), along with specified years of teaching/research/professional experience and required research publications as per HEC criteria.

• Assistant Professors: Ph.D. in relevant field OR Master’s degree (foreign) or equivalent degree awarded after 18 years of education, along with specific experience requirements depending on the discipline.

• Lecturers: Master’s Degree (First Class) in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution with no 3rd division in the academic career.

• Lab Engineer: B.Sc. Civil Engineering (First Class).

• Strict adherence to HEC eligibility criteria is mandatory for all disciplines. Candidates must be registered with PEC/PCATP if applying for Engineering/Architecture disciplines.

Notes / Terms & Conditions

• Candidates applying for Professor & Associate Professor must submit five (5) sets on the prescribed form along with attested copies of all relevant documents and research publications.

• Candidates applying for Assistant Professor & Lecturer must submit one (01) set on the prescribed form.

• In case a degree has not been issued, a certificate to that effect signed by the Controller of Examinations must be attached.

• Candidates already in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies must apply through the proper channel.

• A bank draft/pay order is required as an application fee: Rs. 3,000/- for Professor/Associate Professor, Rs. 2,000/- for Assistant Professor/Lecturer, and Rs. 1,000/- for Lab Engineer, drawn in favor of NFC-IET, Multan. Applicants from abroad must send a draft of $30/-.

• Foreign degree holders must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the HEC.

• A 3% quota will be reserved for disabled persons. A disability certificate from the Provincial Council for rehabilitation of Disabled Persons is mandatory.

• Merit and provincial/regional quotas shall be observed as per Federal Government directives.

• The institute reserves the right to fill/withdraw/change the nature of the post without assigning any reason.
