Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain forest-related accounts and financial records for the PMU.

  • Coordinate media activities and marketing strategies for the Green Pakistan Programme.

  • Perform computer operations, data entry, and clerical tasks within the office.

  • Ensure safe transportation and maintenance of project vehicles including logbook updates.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Assistant Accounts Officer: Bachelor’s in Commerce / BBA (Finance) / MBA with 2-5 years experience, or Matric/Higher with 10 years experience in Forest Accounts.

  • Media Coordinator: BS degree in Marketing, New Media, or a relevant field.

  • Assistant Computer Operator: FA/F.Sc/ICS or BA/B.Sc/BCS degree.

  • Junior Clerk: FA/F.Sc certificate or BA/B.Sc degree.

  • Driver: Must be literate (Urdu reading/writing, expenditure calculation, vehicle books) and possess a valid Driving License with 2 years experience.

  • Naib Qasid & Chowkidar: Must be literate (able to read and write Urdu).
