Key Responsibilities

Implement the vision, mission, and goals of the Company as outlined by the Board of Directors and Articles of Association.

Develop and implement short-term and long-term operational policies and strategic plans in line with the mandate and vision of the BoD.

Assess risks to the Company and ensure they are properly monitored and minimized.
-
Bear responsibilities for the Company’s finances including working with the CFO to prepare budgets and keeping the BoD informed with respect to cash management, investments, internal audits, and performance.

Work closely with Human Resources regarding hiring practices, payroll, and benefit disbursement.

Oversee quality control throughout the Company, establishing departmental goals in partnership with division managers.

Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Represent the Company at important functions, industry events, and public meetings, and create alliances for the company.

Evaluate the work of other executives within the Company and ensure optimal utilization of installed capacity of food processing and grading machinery.

Manage day-to-day administration and financial matters of the Company in line with SECP Rules.
Required Qualifications & Skills
-
Education: Masters degree in any discipline of Food Sciences (Food Technology, Food and nutrition, Food engineering), Bio-Chemistry, or Masters in Business Administration (MBA), or other closely related disciplines from an HEC recognized University. (Candidates holding qualifications in both Food Sciences and MBA will have an advantage).

Experience: Minimum 15 years of demonstrated experience, including at least ten (10) years of experience as a chief executive or at a senior management level in similar organizations that possess commercial attributes.

Compliance: Must fulfill the criteria in terms of clause 3(1)(c)(ii)(II) of the Fit and Proper criteria provided under schedule II of Public Sector Companies (Appointment of Chief Executive) Guidelines 2015.
