This is a consultancy position where the selected firm will be responsible for overseeing the construction project, including reviewing and updating the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), supervising construction work as per approved drawings and BOQ, and reviewing/recommending contractor bills.
The project aims to build a state-of-the-art building at the ICMA Islamabad Campus. Interested consultants must have an office in Rawalpindi/Islamabad and are required to submit their Technical and Financial Bids in sealed envelopes. The EOI documents can be obtained via email request, and a fee of Rs. 10,000/- is required, payable to ICMA Pakistan’s bank account.
