Key Responsibilities

• Execution and oversight of large-scale public infrastructure and masstransit projects.

• Management of transportation engineering operations and system maintenance.

• Strategic planning, development, and documentation for infrastructure projects (PC-I/PC-II).

• Procurement management and contract administration following PPRA rules and international procedures (ADB/WB).

• Coordination with various stakeholders for the smooth functioning of masstransit services.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or M.Phil in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Law, Supply Chain, or MBA/Business Administration.

• Experience: Minimum relevant experience ranging from 5 to 12 years depending on the post.

• Registration: Valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory for engineering posts.

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Public-Private Partnership projects, FIDIC, and procurement laws.
