Notes / Terms and Conditions

• Age relaxation of up to 5 years will be given according to government rules.
• Only Pakistani citizens or residents of Azad Jammu & Kashmir are eligible.
• Individuals dismissed from government service on disciplinary grounds or convicted by a court for immoral offenses are ineligible.
• The selected Civilian Doctor can be posted anywhere in the operational areas within Sindh or Balochistan province.
• Pension and Gratuity benefits are not applicable to this contract position.
• One month’s notice or payment of basic salary is required by either party to terminate the contract.
• No TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Dearness Allowance) will be paid for attending the test/interview.
• Recruitment will follow the Pakistan Coast Guards Employment Rules.
• Private practice is not permitted for Civilian Medical Officers.
• Post-graduate training or courses are not allowed during the contract period.
• Pay and allowances will be as per BPS-17.
• The Official Secrets Act 1923 applies.
