PERA was established under the Punjab Enforcement and Regulation Act, 2024, with the primary objective of streamlining regulatory measures across the province of Punjab for the effective enforcement of special laws.

No Relaxation: No relaxation in age, education, or physical standards shall be allowed to any person including existing Government Servants. The Punjab Civil Servants Recruitment (Relaxation in Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1976 are not applicable for these posts.

Domicile Cadre: Candidates having a domicile of the specified districts must register. Merit shall be calculated on the basis of the District Cadre.

Authority Rights: The Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions.

Document Verification & Challan: Applicants whose documents are verified will be issued challan and identification slips for the physical test. The identification slip will only be issued after the challan is paid through PayZen against the PSID.

Photo Instructions: Uploaded photos must have a white background, and be in JPEG or PNG format (less than 2MB).

Certificates: Only digitally issued domicile certificates are acceptable.

Testing Syllabus: The syllabus for the written examination/test and general instructions shall be communicated to the candidates on their given emails and the PERA website.
