Required Qualifications & Skills

• Professor (BPS-20): Ph.D. / M.Phil in relevant subject with 17 years teaching experience and 08 research publications.

• Associate Professor (BPS-19): Ph.D. / M.Phil in relevant subject with 12 years teaching experience and 04 research publications.

• Assistant Professor (BPS-18): Ph.D. / M.Phil in relevant subject with 05 years teaching experience and 02 research publications.

• Medical Officer / Assistant Director Medical: MBBS from a recognized university, one year house job, and registration with PMDC.

• Assistant Director (WE&P / Darul Aman): Master’s degree or 16 years of education in Sociology, Social Work, Criminology, or Gender Studies (2nd Division).

• Psychologist: Master’s degree or Bachelor (16 years) in Psychology (2nd Division) and at least two years relevant experience.

• Law Officer: LL.B. (2nd Division) with five years experience as an Advocate of the Bar.

• Matron: Master’s degree or 16 years of education in Sociology, Social Work, Criminology, or Gender Studies (2nd Division).
