Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Executive Staff to maintain law and order within the Islamabad Capital Territory.

• Perform specialized duties including playing related musical instruments (for Band Staff).

• Manage horse riding, handle Zeen and other riding equipment, and monitor food supplements and scale/schedule for horses (for Mounted Police).

Required Qualifications & Skills

• BA/B.Sc. or equivalent from a recognized university (for ASI).

• Matric or equivalent from a recognized Board (for Constables).

• Expertise in related musical instruments (for Band Staff).

• Expertise in horse riding and relevant equipment/care knowledge (for Mounted Police).

• Minimum Height: 5 ft-7 inches for males, 5 ft-2 inches for females.

• Minimum Chest: 33×34.5 inches (for men only).

• Endurance Test: Candidates must pass a 01 Mile run in 07 minutes for males and 10 minutes for females.

NOTES / TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The cut-off date for age calculation is the closing date i.e., 08.07.2026.

• The standard age limit is 18-25 Years for fresh candidates.

• Age relaxation up to 26 Years, 11 Months & 07 Days is allowed only for candidates who qualified for the interview stage in the ICT Police Recruitment Process – 2024, as per the Islamabad High Court order.

• Each applicant is required to pay a fee of Rs. 2500/- per application/per post applied. Candidates applying for multiple posts will have to pay the fee for each post separately but will pass the physical test only once.

• No relaxation in height and chest shall be granted to any candidate.

• Transgender persons can apply as per their self-perceived gender identity.

• Government employees who meet the eligibility criteria will apply through the proper channel.

• Candidates must produce original documents at the time of the interview (CNIC, Academic certificates, Domicile, 02 passport-size photographs, and Affidavit for minorities).
