   • Leads policy formulation, research, and analysis of procurement regulations.
   • Requires 16 years of education (Master’s degree or higher) in Public Policy, Public Administration, or related fields with 15 years of experience.
   • Preference given to candidates with international qualifications and policy-making expertise.
