Key Responsibilities

• Perform general policing and law enforcement duties within the assigned jurisdiction.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Secondary School Certificate (Matric) with 50% marks from a recognized board for Constables. Higher Secondary School Certificate (Intermediate) with 2nd Division for Traffic Assistant.

• Physical Standards (Male): Minimum height 5 ft 7 inches. Chest measurement 33 x 34.5 inches.

• Physical Standards (Female): Minimum height 5 ft 2 inches.

• Endurance Test: 1.6 km run in 7 minutes for males, and 10 minutes for females.

• Experience (Driver Constable): Must hold an LTV driving license with 2 years of relevant driving experience and must pass the driving test.

• Vision (Traffic Assistant): Minimum 6/9 vision with or without glasses.
