Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Sipahi GD: Matric qualification with a minimum height requirement of 5 ft 6 inches.

• Sipahi Driver: Matric qualification with a minimum height requirement of 5 ft 6 inches.

• Sipahi Signal: Matric qualification (candidates with FA/FSc or ICS are given preference) with a minimum height requirement of 5 ft 6 inches.

• Sipahi Nursing Assistant: FSc Pre-Medical qualification with science 2nd division, plus a mandatory Nursing Assistant Diploma along with 2 years of experience in the relevant field, with a minimum height requirement of 5 ft 6 inches.

• Sipahi EME (VM): Matric qualification (candidates with experience in the relevant field are given preference) with a minimum height requirement of 5 ft 6 inches.

• Sipahi Cook (Unit): Middle qualification (candidates with experience in the relevant field are given preference) with a minimum height requirement of 5 ft 2 inches.

• Sipahi Clerk: FA/FSc or ICS qualification (candidates with computer training or experience are given preference) with a minimum height requirement of 5 ft 4 inches.

• Electro Mechanic Sipahi: Matric qualification (candidates with experience in the relevant field are given preference) with a minimum height requirement of 5 ft 6 inches.

• Sipahi Electrician: Matric qualification (candidates with experience in the relevant field are given preference) with a minimum height requirement of 5 ft 6 inches.

NOTES / TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The age limit is strictly 18-25 years calculated as of August 15, 2026.

• Special relaxation in height and education is available for sports candidates and specific trade professionals.

• Upper age limit relaxation of 5 years will be granted in accordance with the laws laid down by the Government of Pakistan.

• Candidates dismissed, discharged, or removed from any government department, civil force, or military service due to medical or disciplinary reasons are ineligible to apply.

• An applicant can apply for only one post vacancy at a time.

• Original educational certificates, original CNIC or B-form, domicile, and 4 verified passport-size pictures are mandatory to present at the test center.

• Children of martyred or retired Gilgit Baltistan Scouts personnel must bring their father’s official pension book or discharge certificate to get relevant quota consideration.

• Candidates currently working in a government department must bring an official No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective head of department.

• Mobile phones are strictly prohibited within the premises of the recruitment and test centers during exams or interviews.

• Parking space is not available inside the recruitment centers; hence, bringing motorcycles, cars, or personal vehicles is discouraged.

• Candidates are requested to take care of their own luggage, as the department will not be responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

• No TA/DA or travel expense compensation will be given to candidates coming for tests and interviews.

• The decision made by the Selection Board will be final and cannot be challenged.

• No changes will be entertained once final selections are finalized.
