Key Responsibilities

• Develop customer and business proposition strategies and ensure execution through the delivery network.

• Develop and jointly execute a calendar of marketing and sales programs/campaigns.

• Clearly communicate a defined set of expectations to branches and promote cross-marketing.

• Ensure consistent business development and promote Retail Banking products.

• Strengthen existing relationships through further deepening and cross-selling of Bank products.

• Ensure meticulous compliance of SBP guidelines, internal policies, and procedures.

• Handle customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain the highest level of satisfaction.

• Ensure branch sales staff have accurate knowledge of all products and marketing materials.

• Create brand awareness and build the image of the bank among clients.

• Meet prospective, existing, valued, institutional, and corporate clients for networking.

• Ensure 80% branch sales staff productivity and 15% branch deposit base growth.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local or foreign university.

• Experience: Up to 9 years of banking experience. Preference will be given to candidates having 5 years of relevant experience.

• Age: Up to 55 years as on the date of application.

• Skills: Strong communication, strategy development, sales management, and knowledge of SBP guidelines.
