Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Execution: Planning, monitoring, reporting, and executing project developments to bridge the gap between project design and deployment.

• Technical Design & Supervision: Reviewing and coordinating architectural layouts, execution drawings, site supervision, and dealing with various engineering contractors.

• Infrastructure Management: Supervising infrastructure planning, checking technical drawings, handling BOQs, project reports, and ensuring compliance with public sector infrastructure standards.

• Digital & Media Production: Executing drone flights, conducting aerial imagery surveys, creating 2D/3D animations, storyboarding, and editing raw footage into corporate or social media informational videos.

• Software & Application Development: Developing, deploying, and maintaining responsive iOS and Android software applications, managing API integrations, and maintaining user interfaces.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Manager AI: Minimum 16 years of education (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business Administration, Marketing Analytics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Must hold a recognized AI/Data Science certification (CDS, CAIP, IBM, etc.) and possess at least 3 years of relevant experience. Maximum age: 40 years.

• Deputy Chief Works & Infrastructure Development: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management. Minimum 4 years of infrastructure experience, preferably with public sector infrastructure, PPRA rules, and P&D procedures. Maximum age: 40 years.

• Assistant Manager Architect: Minimum 16 years of education in Architecture with mandatory PCATP registration. Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design, drawing reviews, and project supervision. Maximum age: 40 years.

• Documentation Officer: Minimum 16 years of education in Civil Engineering, Law, Contract Management, or relevant fields. Requires 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience with proficiency in MS Office, PDF tools, and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS). Maximum age: 35 years.

• Animator & Editor: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Film Making, or related field. Requires 5 years of experience in video editing, 2D/3D animation, and proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or 3D Studio Max. Maximum age: 40 years.

• Drone Operator: Diploma or certification in Aviation, Electronics, Photography/Videography, Surveying, or related fields. Requires knowledge of drone flight operations, navigation safety procedures, aerial mapping software (ArcGIS, Pix4D, Drone Deploy), and Adobe tools. Maximum age: 35 years.

• App developer (Android/iOS): 16 years of education in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field from an HEC recognized institute. Requires 3 to 5 years of experience with API integrations, UI/UX coordination, Laravel, Node.js, Firebase, PlayStore, and AppStore deployment procedures. Maximum age: 38 years.
